Bari Zahn is Of Counsel to Dilendorf Law Firm PLLC, where she works with individuals, family offices, entrepreneurs, and multinational businesses on international tax planning, cross-border transactions, and related U.S. tax matters.
Ms. Zahn concentrates her practice on international tax planning, cross-border transactions, tax-efficient business structuring, and wealth transfer planning. She assists domestic and international clients with inbound and outbound investments, corporate transactions, and complex tax issues spanning multiple jurisdictions.
Throughout her career, Ms. Zahn has represented multinational businesses, entrepreneurs, family offices, and private clients across a broad range of industries. Earlier in her career, she practiced at Shearman & Sterling LLP and Kaye Scholer LLP, where she worked on Fortune 100 mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and tax controversy matters, including representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and New York tax authorities.
Ms. Zahn began her legal career as an Attorney Advisor to the Honorable Carolyn Miller Parr of the United States Tax Court. She later served as Managing Director of Traust Sollus Wealth Management, now Mercer Advisors, where she advised high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and business owners on sophisticated tax, trust, and estate planning matters.
She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
