Pamela A. Fuller is Of Counsel to Dilendorf Law Firm PLLC, where she works with individuals, businesses, investment funds, and multinational organizations on international tax planning and cross-border tax matters.
With more than two decades of experience, Ms. Fuller advises U.S. and international clients on the tax aspects of cross-border transactions, investments, business operations, supply-chain structures, and international expansion strategies. She represents a broad range of clients, including private and public companies, joint ventures, private equity and hedge funds, senior executives, private clients, and government entities.
Ms. Fuller provides sophisticated international tax planning across a wide range of industries, including financial services, real estate, healthcare, energy, technology, and digital assets. Her experience includes advising clients on the U.S. and international tax implications of emerging technologies, blockchain-based businesses, and digital asset transactions.
A recognized leader in the tax profession, Ms. Fuller serves as Chair of the American Bar Association Tax Section’s Tax Policy Committee and Co-Chair of the International Tax Committee of the ABA International Law Section. She frequently speaks and publishes on international tax topics and was recognized as one of the 100 Influential Women in International Tax Law.
Ms. Fuller began her legal career at the United States Tax Court, where she served as an Attorney Advisor to the Chief Judge and worked on significant tax shelter and transfer pricing matters. She holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law and is admitted to practice in multiple U.S. jurisdictions, including the United States Tax Court.
